Cancellation Policy
We value the time spent with you, and ask that you please respect our time schedule so that we may offer the best service to each and every client.
We understand that sometimes you need to change your schedule, and we respectfully request 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment, so that we may make your appointment time available for another person on our waiting list.
If you cancel/reschedule with less than 24 hours notice multiple times, or if you do not show up for your appointment (no call-no show), you will be placed on a walk-in basis only and will not be able to book online. Clients who wish to be serviced as a walk-in will need to call ahead for openings on same day.
